How to launch a Draft
Players will sign up on a physical sheet, take their payment as they put their names down, and put a check in red pen by their name after they've paid. Have them scan the QR code on the sheet with their companion app. Hand them a buzzer. When the sheet has 8 players on it, call the buzzers to gather the players, find a place with 8 seats and randomly seat the players (try not to seat them in the order they are on the sheet because that is how they signed up and they will be next to their friends). There will be draft brackets and you will need to fill them out based on how you seated the players. please reference the "regular draft" section of this document if you are uncertain [https://www.judgefoundry.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/JFDraftGuide.pdf]
The players will play untimed, best of three, single-elimination rounds. Leave the bracket at the table, the players who make it to the finals will bring it to the prize wall to cash it in for their prize tickets.

1st: 400 Prize Wall Tickets

Have them scan the QR code on the sheet with their companion app. When the sheet has 4 players on it, call the players names as they will likely be in the vicinity, find a place with 4 seats and randomly seat the players. For commander pods, we will be placing the prizes on the table at the start of the pod. There are three brackets of commander pods, and all are prized differently.
